——Four hazard categories

1. Moral hazard:

A condition that increase the likelihood that a person will intentionally cause, exaggerate, or be indifferent about a loss

2. Morale hazard/ Attitudinal hazard

A condition of carelessness that increase the frequency of severity of loss

3. Physical hazard

A condition of property, persons or operations that increase the frequency of severity of a loss

4. Legal hazard

A condition of the legal environment that increases loss frequency of severity
